The man is being held in Northampton County Prison in lieu of bail.

A customer at a Bethlehem hookah lounge didn't have the money to pay his bill, and instead exposed himself to an employee, city police said.

Police were called at 12:22 a.m. Thursday to Hookah Turka, 44 W. Broad St., for a man who exposed himself.

Joy Cosme Archilla, of Puerto Rico, ran up a $21 tab at the business, police said.

Archilla then approached an employee, exposed himself, and began performing a sex act, police said.

When officers searched the 33-year-old Archilla, they learned he did not have any means to pay the tab, police said.

Archilla is charged with indecent exposure, theft of services, and disorderly conduct. He was sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bail.
